Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aman Security System Co. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 5 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the following conditions are met for a successful return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it.

• Proof of purchase, such as the order number and receipt, must be provided.

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within  of placing the order to ensure prompt processing. Contact our customer support team at support@aman-estore.com with your order number and request for cancellation.

Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can initiate a return upon receiving the item.

Refunds:

Refunds for canceled or returned items will be processed within 10-15days after receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
